NILCA is a membership-based organization. Our meetings are free to attend and open to the public. NILCA members may additionally earn up to 7.5 CERPs per year at our Educational Meetings.  Members can also access materials in the lending library, receive meeting minutes, and vote for Officers.

Starting in 2024, annual membership dues are $40.00 for Illinois residents and $60.00 for non-residents. Dues are prorated 50% for new members joining after the June meeting. Membership must be renewed every January.
